Gerhard Moll
Gerhard is principal of GM Legal. He has practised as a commercial, financial services and technology lawyer in a number of major Melbourne commercial law firms.

He also founded a profitable online legal solutions provider.

Gerhard is currently completing his Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne with a focus on intellectual property law and capital raising.

Matthew Clarke
Matthew is a commercial lawyer who had nine years experience in litigious and non-litigious commercial matters before joining GM Legal in 2007.

He is currently completing his Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne focusing on financial services law and corporate structuring.

Chanel Peters
Chanel Peters is a commercial lawyer with the firm. Chanel works across a broad range of commercial matters with a key focus on administrative law - assisting businesses with regulatory compliance and interaction with government. This includes helping clients with trade practices issues, industry licensing, and protection of intellectual property.

Simon Fifeld
Simon Fifield is the Business Development Manager of GM Legal.

Simon has completed a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Melbourne and is completing his training with GM Legal in anticipation of being admitted to practice law in early 2011.

Prior to joining GM Legal, Simon owned and operated an award winning Industrial Design consultancy in Brisbane. Simon brings 7 years of commercial experience in planning, creating and exploiting Intellectual Property, including Copyright, Designs, Trademarks and Patents. Simon is also trained as a Lead Auditor in Quality Management Systems and is well versed in identifying and improving drivers of business outcomes.

Simon works on general commercial matters with a key focus on assisting clients fund business growth, through capital raising and government grants.

Ashleigh Rachwalski
Ashleigh is a paralegal with the firm and is currently studying a Bachelor of Legal Studies, with a transfer to a Bachelor of Laws degree planned for 2010.

Yasmin Harun
Yasmin Harun is the legal assistant at the firm. Yasmin completed her Bachelor of Arts (Legal Studies) degree in 2008 and joined GM Legal in 2009. Yasmin brings experience from both legal and retail industries.
